Petitioner, who revealed himself as the parent of a victim of a kindergarten attached to an elementary school in Geumcheon-gu, said, “There was a bizarre incident in which a special class teacher working in a kindergarten put harmful substances into children’s meals, water, and snacks.”
The incident occurred in November of last year. Kindergarten teacher A was caught by the police for putting an unknown liquid into a meal for 11 6-year-old children in a special class of a kindergarten in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul.
It was investigated that Mr. A sprayed this liquid into teachers’ meals.
The police asked the National Institute of Scientific Investigation to analyze the components of the eight vial, which are presumed to be liquids that Mr. A put in the meals of indigenous students, and as a result explained that the ingredients contained in mosquito repellents and cosmetics.
The petitioner said, “The total number of children affected so far is only 5, 6, and 7 years old, with a total of 17,” said the petitioner. I’m trying to get out of it.”
He said, “When watching a video of children eating deliciously without knowing anything, even children asking for more rice and side dishes, parents shouted and beaten their chests with fists and shed tears.”

At the same time, petitioner said, “The children who ate the meal simultaneously had headaches, nosebleeds, abdominal pain, vomiting, and allergic reactions.” There are also children who get ripped off a cold sweat.”
“Most children who ate the meal complained of abnormal symptoms,” said Cheong Won-in. “Due to the belated administration, the level of allergies in the blood of children progressed one month after the incident was up to 14 times that of other children who did not eat the meal. It came out high.”
The petitioner argued that the perpetrator was trying to get out of the law without any reflection.
He said, “Even though the crime was recorded on CCTV, he denied all the crimes, and the kindergarten director also refused to request CCTV access, which is essential for legal action against the offender, as opposed to saying that he would make the whole process transparent.” .
Finally, petitioner said, “This case is child abuse, but in a broad sense it is a serious crime. He appealed, “I ask you to take strong measures so that the teacher who committed the terrible crime will be deposed after being properly punished and will not be able to return to teaching again.”
