Born in 1977, Vice Chairman Lim studied business administration at Yonsei University and majored in Psychology at New York University. In 2012, he took over the position of creative director at Grand Prize, overseeing brand management, planning, marketing, and design in the food sector. After being promoted to managing director in 2016, he is in charge of target marketing.

In 2014, he reinforced its brand image as a food expert by leading the massive renewal of the’Cheongjeongwon’ brand. In 2016, he led the launch of’Anjuya’ products that penetrate the niche of the existing HMR market. In 2017, it was the first Korean food conglomerate to introduce the online specialty brand’Joblo ON’, and it was evaluated as laying a stable foundation for online business both inside and outside the industry.

Last year, in order to improve the image of the national seasoning’Miwon’, a novel marketing activity targeting the MZ generation (millennial generation + generation Z born after 1995) received favorable responses.
