Singer Gil (Kil Seong-jun) sued producer Tank (Ahn Jin-woong) on charges of defamation.
On the 9th, Gil’s legal representative announced that it had filed a complaint with the Suseo Police Station on charges of defamation and insults against the tank on the 24th of last month.
On the 17th of last month, the tank claimed that a famous singer through his YouTube channel engaged in assault on managers, verbal violence, and exploitation of producer labor. Although he did not directly mention the name of the singer, he aimed at the road with words such as’Show Me the Money Producer’,’Infinite Challenge’, and’Drinking Driving’.
At that time, he said, “misphobia, assault on the manager, and one night at the club while making four girlfriends at the same time, and for a year he enslaved people including me without a contract, and did not pay any money for granted.” Insisted.
In response, Gil said, “The contents of the tank’s YouTube video are false,” and “we are preparing for legal action.” Fellow composers who worked with the two at the time also defended the path and strengthened the argument.
Tank recently became controversial again by releasing the diss song’Sooni’, which contains the content that the group Oh My Girl Seung-hee deceived fans with a dual appearance. He contained the content that a girl group member has a masculine rationale, unlike the image on TV, and has a high level of obscenity, and inserted a picture of Seung-hee in the video.
Accordingly, Oh My Girl’s agency WM Entertainment warned that “Seunghee is currently a victim of malicious harassment from tanks,” and “We are taking all civil and criminal legal measures and will respond strictly with the best possible measures without any agreement or preemptiveness.”
It is argued that Seung-hee helped the tank that implied an extreme choice, and then ended the relationship as his obsession grew. In fact, there are many pictures of Seung-hee on the SNS of the tank, and the explanation is added that he only showed it to himself.
Despite successive legal actions, the tank’s’My Way’ continued. He told his Instagram on the 9th, “My anti-fan open talk was created because of your passionate interest in me. Come and relieve stress.” In addition, the tank said in English through a video that “my YouTube and Instagram are being attacked by a large number of people.”
