J basic event leader, who said that he had paid off the money by force, said in a statement that he gave a total of 13 million won over the three years from 2018 to 2020 in various ways.

In January 2019, Director J made a deposit of 2.3 million won to the account of another full-time leader of the Taekwondo Association for the Disabled.
Following that, he received hundreds of thousands of won requests from director L, who visited his own Taekwondo for an on-site inspection, several times, and gave 500,000 won at the request of the working vice chairman P at the time of the instructor’s practical test at Muju Taekwondowon in 2018 Insist.
In November 2019, at the time of training for basic sport leaders at the Icheon Sports Training Center for the Disabled, the Vice Chairman of the Practitioner referred to the renewal of the contract and asked for 3 million won. It is claimed to have been put in.
Leader J said, “Along with the request of the Vice-President P, we deposited 2.3 million won and 5 million won into the account of the former leader P. Director J requested 7.3 million won in the name of advertising expenses for a newspaper company run by the Vice Chairman of the Practitioner’s Affairs Office, and deposited it into the account of the P leader. It is a claim.
In response, Vice-Chairman P of the Working Group denied the allegations raised. “It’s ridiculous. I’ve never talked about money, and I know that if I get such money, I know I’ll die. It is claimed that 1.4 million won, which is the remaining amount of the 2.4 million won returned by internet banking, excluding 1 million won, was received in cash again on the same day.
Regarding this, leader P said, “I came down to the area and said that the election of the Taekwondo Association for the Disabled is difficult, and’I will give it back because it is not possible to raise money problems. I will deposit 2.4 million won into my account because evidence must remain, and I asked how much I would like to get it back. I didn’t ask for some money back, and on the spot, Director J offered to return 1 million won and asked for 1.4 million won to be withdrawn in cash. Then, they moved to another area together and found 1.4 million won there and gave it in cash. In fact, I didn’t want to write the confirmation, not the money I had lent.
Regarding this, I tried to contact Director J for additional confirmation, but the contact has not been reached.
Another J basic event leader who was active in 2019 is different. According to the affidavit, in February 2019, Vice-Chairman P requested 2 million won in the name of a newspaper company’s sponsorship, and remitted it to the account. Therefore, it is stated that 300,000 won was remitted to the account of the working vice chairman P in the name of the oil price.
Afterwards, it is stated in the statement that the Vice Chairman P of the working-level office again mentioned the newspaper sponsorship by phone and asked for money, but when he did not respond immediately, he became angry and hung up the phone.
However, even in this regard, the working vice chairman P said, “There is no such fact. Why do I get money from such a child? That doesn’t make sense. Please release this frame. If you sent me money, wouldn’t there be evidence? Ask them to provide evidence.” He also denied all suspicions.
There are also suspicions that are different from the suspicion of repayment raised by the leaders of basic sports.
According to the facts of the players of the national team with disabilities obtained during the interview, coach J urged the players to buy a commemorative cup from Starbucks when dispatching the international competition, and after paying only a small amount for the purchase of snacks for the national team, the rest were brought separately. Several complaints and suspicions raised separately were also tried to confirm with Director J, but there has been no contact since.
If the arguments of the basic sports leaders are true, it is argued that the money started at the request of Director J and passed on because of the difficulty of advertising or the association, and that the money was paid at the direct request of the working vice chairman P.
Of course, if the words of the working vice chairman P are true, it means that it is a matter of director J’s private debt or their own, apart from the superiors.
