Taekwondo newspaper mobile site, where is the suspicion of unfair compensation? Taekwondo for the disabled

There were suspicions that the leaders of the city and provinces, who are active through the Taekwondo Association for the Disabled, have been forced to pay unfair compensation from seniors such as the national team manager and executives for several years.

While it is reported that the sports ethics center has initiated the investigation, it is expected that during participation in international competitions, the assault of the coach of the disabled national team, the use of domestic training expenses, and suspicion of misappropriation of sports ethics and sponsorship funds is expected to be a big wave.

The scene of the 2019 Taekwondo instructor appointment ceremony for the disabled.

J basic event leader, who said that he had paid off the money by force, said in a statement that he gave a total of 13 million won over the three years from 2018 to 2020 in various ways.

Keynote General Manager through a contract with the Association: 0. Discovering young athletes with disabilities in the region, 0. Developing and operating an excavated athlete development program (tour map within the region), 0. Monthly/annual athlete discovery and training plans and performance reports, and athlete profiles Management, 0. Responsible for administrative support related to the operation of other basic event development projects. The annual salary is about 27 million won, and contracts are made for each year.

According to leader J’s statement and explanation, in 2018, when Chairman J, Vice-Chairman P, Director L, and coach J visited their Taekwondo hall, coach J referred to the upper line and asked for 500,000 won. In January 2019, Director J made a deposit of 2.3 million won to the account of another full-time leader of the Taekwondo Association for the Disabled.

Following that, he received hundreds of thousands of won requests from director L, who visited his own Taekwondo for an on-site inspection, several times, and gave 500,000 won at the request of the working vice chairman P at the time of the instructor’s practical test at Muju Taekwondowon in 2018 Insist.

In November 2019, at the time of training for basic sport leaders at the Icheon Sports Training Center for the Disabled, the Vice Chairman of the Practitioner referred to the renewal of the contract and asked for 3 million won. It is claimed to have been put in.

Leader J said, “Along with the request of the Vice-President P, we deposited 2.3 million won and 5 million won into the account of the former leader P. The related transaction details were also received by the Nonghyup. Mal said that it was an advertisement fee for a newspaper company run by the working vice chairman P, but in fact, it is not because the money was deposited into the newspaper account separately for articles and advertisements. It is judged that executives such as Chairman J and Vice Chairman P were divided. He revealed that he was embarrassed as an excuse for renewing a contract with the words’it’s not like that in social life,’ and gave it regardless of his intention.’

The national team coach J, who was alleged to have been involved in the process, completely denied it.

Director J said, “There is no such fact at all. I didn’t say anything about depositing money while talking to a supervisor. Do you have any proof of deposit to me? However, there is a fact that I personally borrowed money with leader J and paid it back. I borrowed about 7 million won a couple of times, and I filled out both the borrowing card and the receipt. Even if it wasn’t, I went to leader J a while ago and asked me when I did that.”

Leader J is different. Director J said, “Director J came down on the 22nd and talked about it for an hour or two, but it was not. It was content that contemplated me. If the money was lent or received, as Director J said, he would borrow money from his own or his family account. Why would he have deposited money into Leader P’s account? That doesn’t make sense. On November 11, last year, Vice Chairman P asked me to come, so I went to Seoul. I didn’t want to write, but I was forced to write. In the confirmation, I used 7.3 million won to lend and received it back, and gave money saying that it was 5 million won. But when I came back, it contained 4 million won in a 50,000 won book. At that time, three copies of the confirmation were made, and the Vice-Chairman P and Director J shared a copy.”

Director J requested 7.3 million won in the name of advertising expenses for a newspaper company run by the Vice Chairman of the Practitioner’s Affairs Office, and deposited it into the account of the P leader. It is a claim.

In response, Vice-Chairman P of the Working Group denied the allegations raised. “It’s ridiculous. I’ve never talked about money, and I know that if I get such money, I know I’ll die. How would I get that person’s money? The advertising fee was received in the newspaper account. There is no reason to receive it in another account. It is a frame. There was a time when Director J told him why he had borrowed money from him and asked him to pay him back. It has nothing to do with me at all. I was told to put money in the Grandeur car, but I never said that, and I never received any money. “Why do I give you the car key?”

In fact, it was confirmed that leader J deposited 7.3 million won into the account of leader P. As a result of checking through testimony, it was confirmed that the account was taken over two months after being taken over by manager J’s coercion after mid-January 2019, and the money was deposited at the end of January and February of that year. It was confirmed that Director J received cash withdrawal from the bank by Director P, the account holder.

Taekwondo circles with disabilities are swaying over suspicion of repaying money.

There is another example.

The P basic event leader, who had been active for about 3 months in the first half of 2019, said that the association was difficult at the time, and asked for money, so he spent a total of 2.4 million won, including 600,000 won, 900,000 won, and 900,000 won. Deposited into the account in the name of Director J. A year later, in October 2020, Director J came down and told him how much money he had received, and then asked him to write a forcible confirmation stating that he had deposited 2.4 million won into the account of leader P through internet banking, lent it, and received it back. . It is claimed that 1.4 million won, which is the remaining amount of the 2.4 million won returned by internet banking, excluding 1 million won, was received in cash again on the same day.

Regarding this, leader P said, “I came down to the area and said that the election of the Taekwondo Association for the Disabled is difficult, and’I will give it back because it is not possible to raise money problems. I will deposit 2.4 million won into my account because evidence must remain, and I asked how much I would like to get it back. I didn’t ask for some money back, and on the spot, Director J offered to return 1 million won and asked for 1.4 million won to be withdrawn in cash. Then, they moved to another area together and found 1.4 million won there and gave it in cash. In fact, I didn’t want to write the confirmation, not the money I had lent.

Regarding this, I tried to contact Director J for additional confirmation, but the contact has not been reached.

Another J basic event leader who was active in 2019 is different. According to the affidavit, in February 2019, Vice-Chairman P requested 2 million won in the name of a newspaper company’s sponsorship, and remitted it to the account. Therefore, it is stated that 300,000 won was remitted to the account of the working vice chairman P in the name of the oil price.

Afterwards, it is stated in the statement that the Vice Chairman P of the working-level office again mentioned the newspaper sponsorship by phone and asked for money, but when he did not respond immediately, he became angry and hung up the phone.

However, even in this regard, the working vice chairman P said, “There is no such fact. Why do I get money from such a child? That doesn’t make sense. Please release this frame. If you sent me money, wouldn’t there be evidence? Ask them to provide evidence.” He also denied all suspicions.

There are also suspicions that are different from the suspicion of repayment raised by the leaders of basic sports.

According to the facts of the players of the national team with disabilities obtained during the interview, coach J urged the players to buy a commemorative cup from Starbucks when dispatching the international competition, and after paying only a small amount for the purchase of snacks for the national team, the rest were brought separately. It is a statement that I put it in and took it to Korea. It also contains information that he witnessed an assault by a female leader at an international convention.

Regarding the four Discovery team uniforms and training suits that were given to the national team, the testimony was included that all players of the national team were given them, and the training partners were given only one, and coach J took the rest.

J According to the thank-you statement of the Taekwondo Association for the Disabled, there is a fact that other people, including yourself, delivered donations and encouragement money to the athletes, and the Vice-Chairman P, asked for it, handed it over, and afterwards confirmed the use of the money. Some argued that the whereabouts were unknown.

In addition, last year, coach J visited his hotel room and confessed that he did a so-called’Kang’ related to the use of the domestic training fee card, which he could not be responsible for himself.

In this regard, director J said, “There is no such thing. Cards are managed by juniors and not by myself, so there is no such thing as that, and there is no fact that I have ever told someone that I have ganged.”

In addition to this, according to the fact check and testimony from the surroundings, there is also a content that he forced the player who joined the unemployment team to buy clothes because he put it on.

Several complaints and suspicions raised separately were also tried to confirm with Director J, but there has been no contact since.

If the arguments of the basic sports leaders are true, it is argued that the money started at the request of Director J and passed on because of the difficulty of advertising or the association, and that the money was paid at the direct request of the working vice chairman P.

Of course, if the words of the working vice chairman P are true, it means that it is a matter of director J’s private debt or their own, apart from the superiors.

Also, if director J’s statement is true, it is a simple debt relationship, and it is argued that it has nothing to do with the superiors.

The scene of the Taekwondo Association for the Disabled.

The fact that 7.3 million won in the name of advertising expenses, excluding cash doubts, and 2.4 million won repaid due to the difficulty of the association, came and went through the account transaction details and statements.

And, according to the complaints, the confirmation of coercion was unfortunately carried out when a problem emerged ahead of the election for the president of the Taekwondo Association for the Disabled.

If the suspicion raised by the statements of the basic sports leaders, the account transaction details, and the statements of the athletes of the national team with disabilities becomes true, the domestic taekwondo system for the disabled is expected to greatly fluctuate.
