Actor Lee Si-young of Netflix’s’Sweet Home’ revealed that he had worked hard for six months for the character.
In an interview with’Sweet Home’ held on the 23rd, Lee Si-young said, “Because I was a firefighter from a special warrior, I focused on bulking up rather than lean.”

Lee Si-young completed the muscles by reducing body fat by 8% for the character. Lee Si-young said, “I’ve taken a lot of action scenes, but it was the first time I had an action with barely naked clothes. I didn’t know how the space with spider monsters would be made, so I couldn’t figure out which part would come out. So I couldn’t figure out which part of my body would come out.” “I wanted to make my muscles strong.”
He said, “I prepared to build my body from 6 months ago. I did a lot of PT, and I bulked up while eating a lot and eating a lot. Right before the filming, I adjusted my diet extremely to get rid of all carbohydrates, and I didn’t drink water.”
