PD notebook provides a biased perspective… Victim D nurturing disclosure
Reporter Ahn Kyung-nam = The legal representative of Ki Sung-yong (Seoul), who is engaged in a truth battle over suspicion of sexual violence in elementary school, announced that he would go into legal action sooner or later after submitting refuted data.

The day before, MBC TV’s’PD Notebook’ revealed the testimony of the victim who claimed to have been sexually assaulted by Ki Sung-yong.
In particular, attorney Park Ji-hoon of the side claiming the damage said, “They are telling a story that cannot be said if they have not experienced it. If the evidence is disclosed, it can be expected that (Ki Sung-yong’s side) pressure will come in, such as overturning the statement. It’s fair to take it neatly and do it.”
However, attorney Song said, “I provided the fostering of D for this broadcast, but most were not broadcast. We provide balanced judgment data to the public,” and attached nine related recording files.
“About the nature of this case, Victim D expressed himself as a’public scam.’ D was misleading when the report went out, and he requested correction from his lawyer that he was not Ki Sung-yong. ‘He said,’What is his position to become,'” he explained.
In addition, attorney Song said, “D is testifying that he has not been condemned and threatened by Ki Sung-yong, and is a false claim to write a novel. The other party will report correction to Ki Sung-yong, so he asked him not to bet with defamation. Through this, he said. The public will be able to know the credibility of the official assertion of the side,” he argued.
“D’s attorney did not ask for confirmation and consent from him, and he shed this case to the media at will,” he emphasized.
The voice of E, who mediated Ki Sung-yong and the victim’s side as a direct junior of victim D’s middle school, was also released. E said, “I didn’t know my senior D would use me this way.”
Ki Sung-yong’s lawyer said that he had convincing evidence several times, urged to immediately disclose it without taking time, and said, “I will bring a legal action to ask for legal responsibility against the other side within 26 days.”
