The building, which has been built for 5 years, is located in the downtown area, a 2-minute walk from Jonggak Station on Line 1. It has a land of 152.7 pyeong and a building of 865.55 pyeong, with a scale of 2 basement to 9 floors, and contains a large academy, restaurants, and convenience stores.
A real estate expert said, “It is a building with high rental income with an annual return of 4.1%, with a deposit of 950 million won at the time of purchase and a total of 71.2 million won including rent and management fees.” Revealed.
