The purchase target is a building that can be converted for residential use through major repairs to class 1 and 2 neighborhood living facilities, business facilities, and lodging facilities within 15 years after the initial approval for use in the metropolitan area.
Businesses that have signed a purchase agreement must complete the construction of a one-room (share-type) house with an exclusive area of 50㎡ or less per household.
LH will be able to use the entire building in areas where public transportation is convenient, such as station areas, and will purchase buildings with a housing size of 150 or less first.
LH pays 50% of the project cost right after construction begins to alleviate the burden of financing for private businesses. After completion, 30% of the project cost will be paid for the sale contract and 20% of the project cost upon completion of the final quality inspection.
The application period is from the 1st to the 5th of next month.
