The music streaming platform’Spotify’ has officially started its service in Korea.

On the 2nd, Spotify announced that it will introduce a music service including more than 60 million tracks and more than 4 billion playlists in Korea.

Spotify music streaming service can be used for 7 days free of charge on mobile without additional credit card information input, and if you subscribe by June 30 this year, you can use it for 3 months free with credit card information input.

In Korea, Spotify offers two plans:’Premium Individual (1900 won per month, VAT excluded)’ and’Premium Duo (16,350 won per month, VAT excluded)’ for two people.

Therefore, when you subscribe to Duo, you can use the service for a monthly fee of 8,000 won per user in addition to 3 months free use.

Spotify has appointed managing director Park Sang-wook as the head of Spotify Korea. Through this, it is planning to play a role as a partner in the Korean music industry by providing better services to domestic users and coexisting with artists.
