Specialized construction mutual aid association that melts corona cold waves through social contribution

Focusing on minimizing liquidity crises such as special loans worth KRW 200 billion
Support for ‘1004’s Golden Lunch Box Project’ with the Red Cross

The Specialized Construction Mutual Aid Association (Chairman Daewoon Yoo) not only brings vitality to the construction industry through rapid financial support for members, but also delivers warmth to society that has collapsed due to the corona 19 cold wave through various donation activities.
The professional association, which has achieved the best management performance in succession, implemented the largest member dividend (total of 1287 billion won, 25,000 won per left) according to the record high performance in March of last year, when the corona 19 spread, and a total of 200 billion won Along with special loans, various financial support plans, such as discount on advance payment fees and ease of joint management of advance payments, were rapidly developed to minimize the liquidity crisis in the specialized construction industry caused by the coronavirus.
In particular, the Corona Special Loan was provided in excess of 160 billion won in the past year alone, which is a major expense for the business fund management of over 12,000 members.
The union was refocused on its role as a social safety net in the face of a pandemic crisis by providing special loans quickly, safely and conveniently through Internet non-face-to-face business channels.
Initially, the union was planning to provide a special loan by the end of 2020, but due to the prolonged corona crisis, the application period was extended until the end of June, while the existing members were also able to extend the use for an additional year. It also eased the burden of repayment.
In the midst of the coronavirus crisis, professional associations are rapidly deploying financial support for their members, while also actively supporting the vulnerable in the blind spot of welfare.
In consideration of the situation where there are many difficulties in face-to-face volunteering, the professional association promoted social contribution projects through donation activities that are practically helpful to neighbors in need.
To support small business owners, local children’s centers, and welfare organizations for the disabled, the professional association decided to provide a donation of 147 million won to the Red Cross and develop the’Golden Lunch Box Project Delivered by 1004′.
This project is a project to provide donations to small business owners who are in trouble due to the decrease in sales due to Corona 19, and provide lunch boxes for the vulnerable.
Through this, it is expected to strengthen the social safety net as small business owners can enjoy the effect of increasing sales, and the vulnerable can receive hot meals in lieu of the free meal service closed due to Corona 19.
President Daewoon Yoo of the union said, “The ‘1004’s Golden Lunch Box Project’ with the Red Cross is a practical help to small businesses and the vulnerable amid the Corona 19 disaster. He said, “We decided to donate with the Korean Red Cross, and we hope to continue our efforts for humanitarian work with the Korean Red Cross.”
