The metropolitan area is an exception. Not only restaurants, but all private gatherings of 5 or more people are banned. Violation of the collective prohibition order is subject to a fine of up to 3 million won or a claim for compensation.

In addition, winter sports facilities such as ski resorts, snow sledding rinks, and skating rinks, which are crowded in winter, have been suspended, and sunrise spots such as Gangneung Jeongdongjin, Ulsan Ganjeolgot, and Pohang Homigot have also been closed. The winter sports facilities that have been suspended are 16 ski resorts nationwide, 35 ice rinks, and 128 snow sledding sites.

In order to minimize movement between regions through travel and tourism, reservations for accommodation facilities such as hotels and guest houses are allowed within 50% of the rooms. Parties hosted by accommodation facilities were also completely banned.

The movie theater is open only until 9 pm, and tasting and tasting are prohibited in department stores and hypermarkets.
