[에너지신문] Korea Southern Power’s labor and management team up for sustainable development and creating social values ​​for the people.

Southern Power announced on the 26th that it has declared’ESG management’ jointly with the Korea Southern Power Cooperative and the Korea Power Industry Cooperative Southern Power Division in the Vision Room of its headquarters in Busan.

ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) contains the philosophy that sustainable development can be achieved by considering transparent management such as eco-friendly, socially responsible management, and improvement of governance structure in corporate activities.

Southern Power not only designed the future direction of the company, but also promoted the ESG management declaration as the will of both labor unions gathered to resolve the pending issue of the economic crisis caused by Corona 19.

According to this declaration, the labor and management of Southern Power △proactively respond to climate change and secure eco-friendly power △Recover damage from Corona 19 and create social value △Transparent management and respect for human rights, ethical management, etc. We work together.
