Son Heung-min (29, Tottenham Hotspur), who recovered from a hamstring injury, challenges the 14th goal in the Premier League (EPL).

Son Heung-min’s Tottenham will play the 2020-21 English Premier League round 30 Newcastle United away game at Newcastle’s St. James’s Park at 10:05 p.m. on the 4th.

Tottenham, who had recharged during the two-week A-match period, plans to engage in an all-out battle to rise to fourth place, given the right to qualify for the UEFA Champions League. Tottenham, who is currently pursuing 4th place Chelsea (51 points) with 48 points, is more desperate than ever to win against Newcastle.

Son Heung-min’s return is expected to be of great help to Tottenham. Tottenham coach Jose Mourinho announced the return of Son Heung-min at a press conference ahead of the game.

Director Mourinho said, “Son Heung-min is good,” and “He will probably get a choice.”

On the 15th of last month, Son Heung-min collapsed with a hamstring injury in the first 18 minutes in the’North London Derby’ with Arsenal. After that, he missed two games, and was not called one day before the A match.

Son Heung-min, who has enough rehabilitation and recovery time, is expected to participate in the Newcastle expedition.

However, it is still unclear whether it will come out as a starter. Director Mourinho explained to Son Heung-min, “In the meantime, I had only digested partial sessions and trained completely with the team for the first time. I couldn’t exercise last week. As a result, it was impossible for Son Heung-min to participate in the A match.”

He added, “My team can compete in the game except for Matt Doherty and Van Davis. Son Heung-min also had time to recover from injuries.”

Son Heung-min has not been able to add more than 40 days after the opening goal in the first leg of the UEFA Europa League round of 32 on February 19.

If you score a goal against Newcastle, you will be shoulder to shoulder with your league’s top 14 goals scored in the 2016-17 season.
