Ji So-yeon entered the UK stage in 2014 as a leading striker for the women’s national team. He has been active in Chelsea Ladies all the time, and in December of last year, he set a record for 100 foreign players appearances for the first time in WSL.
Through his inauguration address, Ji So-yeon said, “As a regular member of the International Football Players Association (FIFPRO), FIFPRO does not distinguish between male and female players, but the same soccer player.”
He said, “We will build a platform that we can think about and create together for the development of Korean football, and protect and protect the rights of players. We will do our best to help the Women’s Football Players Association grow and develop further in the future.” .
