Chloe Kim (21), a Korean American who is the highest number of women in the snowboarding halfpipe, performed a perfect score on the comeback stage after two years.

Chloe Kim scored 94 points in the women’s halfpipe qualifier for the 2020-21 season of the International Ski Federation (FIS) held in Lax, Switzerland, on the 22nd, and finished first among 24 players. The final, with 6 players, will be held on the 24th.

Chloe Kim is called’Alpha Girl’ in the sports world. At the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics, he won the gold medal in the halfpipe women’s division with his superior skills. The following year, he won the World Championship in February, and also finished second at the US Open in March.

However, it did not climb the pipe for a while. He injured his ankle and closed the schedule for the 2018-19 season, and afterwards, he went to Princeton University, a prestigious American private school, and stopped participating in the competition to adjust to college life.

Chloe Kim, who showed rust-free skills on the comeback stage after two years, regained the 0th place in the women’s halfpipe gold medal at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. Japan’s Mitsuki Ono finished in second place after Chloe Kim with 90 points. Korea’s Ina Yoon (Surigo) and Kwon Kwon (Korea Sports University) ranked 16th and 18th with 39 points and 36.50 points, respectively.

Kangsan Kim (Wolgye High School) and Hyun-Jun Lee (Software High School affiliated with Dahn University) ranked 24th and 27th respectively.
