According to the Meteorological Administration, the temperature as of 5 am on the day is 3.5 degrees in Seoul, 6.4 degrees in Incheon, 1.1 degrees in Suwon, -5.0 degrees in Chuncheon, -0.6 degrees in Gangneung, 0.4 degrees in Cheongju, 0.2 degrees in Daejeon, 5.8 degrees in Jeonju, 4.2 degrees in Gwangju, and 8.1 degrees in Jeju. The provinces are 1.0 degrees in Daegu, 7.9 degrees in Busan, 3.6 degrees in Ulsan, and 4.6 degrees in Changwon.

The lowest temperature in the morning is expected to be -4 to 9 degrees, and the highest temperature in the daytime is expected to be 7 to 17 degrees.

It will rain between the morning and evening in the metropolitan area, Gangwon-yeongseo, the interior of the Chungcheong area, the interior of the Jeolla area, and the north of Gyeongbuk. It is expected that raindrops will fall on the east coast of Gangwon in the daytime, in the evening in the western inland of Gyeongnam, and snow in the mountains with low temperatures.

Estimated rainfall is 5 to 10 mm in eastern Gyeonggi, Yeongseo, Gangwon, and northern Chungbuk, and less than 5 mm in other areas.

When the rain stops, the temperature can drop below freezing and the cold can come again. The Meteorological Administration said that in the morning when the rain starts and the night when the rain ends, the temperature is below zero, and there are many slippery places on the road due to rain or snow freezing.

Fine dust accumulates domestically generated fine dust due to atmospheric stagnation, and the addition of foreign fine dust and yellow dust will show’bad’ in the metropolitan area, Chungcheong area, Gwangju and Jeonbuk, and’normal’ in other areas. The concentration of fine dust is expected to be temporarily high in the Gangwon, Jeonnam, and Yeongnam areas due to the yellow dust.

The waves of the sea will rise from 0.5 to 2 m off the east sea, 0.5 to 2.5 m off the west sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 m off the south sea. The wave height of the far sea is estimated to be 1~3.5m in the east sea, 1~4m in the west sea, and 0.5~2.5m in the south sea. In particular, in the offshore south of the west sea, the far west of the south sea, and off the coast of Jeju Island, the wind is expected to blow very strongly from dawn and the waves will rise high.
