[에너지경제신문=윤하늘 기자] The government is speeding up the 3rd disaster support fund (support fund) project that gives small businesses 1 million to 3 million won. The announcement comes out on the 6th of the following month, and on the 11th, an online application is received after sending a notice.
According to the Ministry of Strategy and Finance on the 30th, the government plans to propose and resolve the’customized damage support measures in response to the third corona spread in response to the third coronavirus outbreak’ at the State Council meeting on the 5th of next month, and then go into the payment process through an announcement the next day.
The targets are small business owners who first received the second disaster subsidy (new desired fund) and 2.5 million specially damaged industries who were banned or restricted.
If a small business owner, who has received a new desired fund for prompt payment, applies for a support fund, it gives 1 million to 3 million won depending on the type of business.
In the case of annual sales of less than 400 million won and 1 million won for general industry support that must meet the criteria for reducing sales compared to last year, the plan is to recover the amount paid if it is confirmed that sales have increased this year.
The goal is to complete the payment of support funds for small business owners and specially damaged industries, who have received new desired funds, in January.
300,000 new targets who have not previously received the new desired fund receive a VAT report on the 25th of next month and go through related procedures such as business announcements to begin payment.
The Emergency Employment Stability Support Fund for special type workers and freelancers will be announced on the 6th of the following month to 650,000 people who received support during the first or second period.
6 to 11 days after sending the notice letter. The plan is to start payment on the 11th to 15th and to pay before Lunar New Year holidays.
Existing beneficiaries receive additional support of 500,000 won without separate screening.
50,000 new targets, who will receive 1 million won after screening, are planning to proceed with the procedure, such as receiving an application after the business announcement on the 15th of next month.
The government plans to start payment on the 11th of next month to 3.33 million (88%), including those who receive the existing support fund or emergency employment stabilization fund, and the income stabilization fund for corporate taxi drivers out of the 3.67 million recipients of direct cash support.
440,000 (12%), including those who are eligible for new support and those who are eligible for livelihood support for visiting and caring workers, will be paid sequentially from the end of February next year.
