[SK렌터카 PBA-LPBA 월드 챔피언십 2021] LPBA quarterfinals. PBA Round of 16 Draw

Held at the Grand Walkerhill Hotel on March 2nd [SK렌터카 PBA-LPBA 월드 챔피언십 2021] The group stage of the 3rd day of the LPBA Round of 16 has ended.

On the third day of the LPBA Round of 16, Park Soo-ah, Jeon Ae-rin (NH Nonghyup Card), and Kim Kyung-ja won the group’s second place to join the quarterfinals. Park Soo-ah of Group B beat Kim Ye-eun (Welcome Savings Bank) with 6 high runs in the first set, and won two sets in a row with a set score of 2:0. Jeon Aerin, who played an active part in Group C with an average average of 1.571, scored a complete victory over Kim Jung-mi with a set score of 2:0. In Group D, Kim Gyeong-ja, who was on the verge of dropping out with 2 losses, overtook Lee Yoo-joo and added 1 win, and Kim Gyeong-ja, who was ahead of the set gains and losses, barely joined the quarterfinals as Lim Jeong-sook defeated Kim Ga-young.

On the other hand, Joe Lee Mi-rae (TS·JDX), Kim Ga-young (Shinhan Financial Investment), Kim Se-yeon, and Kim Eun-bin all showed their activities with three consecutive victories. In particular, Lee Mi-rae and Kim Se-yeon advanced to the quarterfinals without any surprise by winning a set score of 2:0 without giving out a single set of the 16 quarters. In Group A, Lee Mi-rae fought for the first and second place in the group with Park Ji-hyun, and Lee Mi-rae took the first place with a set score of 2:0. Kim Se-yeon also defeated Oh Su-jeong with a set score of 2:0, and Kim Ga-young defeated Lim Jeong-suk (SK Rent-a-car) and Kim Eun-bin defeated Oh Ji-yeon with a set score of 2:1. On the other hand, Lim Jeong-sook, Kim Ye-eun, and Kim Jeong-mi, who lost in the final match of the round of 16, were unfortunately eliminated to third place in the group.

The PBA-LPBA quarterfinals are scheduled to take place on March 4, and the LPBA quarterfinals are expected to have a 1:1 match with a top-of-five match to the quarterfinals. In the quarterfinals, LPBA Queen Lee Mi-rae and runner-up Park Ji-hyun of the last “2020 PBA Tour Opening Match SK Rent-a-Car Championship” draw attention as “Billiard Empress” Kim Ga-young and Jeon Ae-rin, who emerged as a new billiard prospect, will face off.
