Shinhan School Check is a digital practical ability self-diagnosis evaluation platform devised by Shinhan Financial to strengthen digital transformation capabilities at the group level. △Web-based coding practice △Digital new technology self-diagnosis △Achievement test △Digital coding test, etc. It provides a variety of related practice and diagnosis environments.
Shinhan School Check measures digital education performance using’SCOOL (Shinhan Collecitive Open Online Learning)’, a group joint digital education platform established by Shinhan Financial Group in December last year. It will be used to utilize the results of diagnosis in pre-sale.
In particular, when hiring experienced Shinhan DS employees in the first half of this year, we plan to use the coding test of Shinhan School Check to verify digital practical competency for external personnel, and expand to all group companies in the future to cultivate convergent talents who are proficient in both digital technology and finance. It is a plan to do it.
