Shinhan Bank’s mobile app’SOL’ caused a connection failure on the 25th. Shinhan Bank has already caused problems with access three times in the last four months, and customer complaints are growing.

According to the financial sector on the day, Shinhan Bank’s mobile integrated application Sol has a connection error from around 10:30 am. If you try to connect as of 2:28 pm, the estimated waiting time is displayed along with the number of customers waiting, and then an error message appears without going to the login stage.

A Shinhan Bank official said, “The exact cause has not been identified,” but said, “We are directly lending to the Small Business Corporation, but it seems that an error occurred due to the crowd of accessors.

Shinhan Bank responded that it was perplexed by the successive obstacles. This is because, since September of last year, errors have occurred in the mobile app Sol and the homepage three times, and customer complaints are growing. In particular, it has already caused two connection delays just this month.

On September 7, last year, a problem occurred during the transfer transaction at Sol from 20:11 to 22:00. On the 15th of this month, a DDoS attack (traffic overload) on the Shinhan Bank website caused a delay in access time. On this day, as the Sol app caused another problem, there were many complaints from customers who were confused in financial transactions.

Shinhan Bank announced on its website, “I apologize for the delay in the access time of the Shinhan Bank Sol app today.”
