While Seung-ri (real name Seung-Hyun Lee), a former member of the group Big Bang, once again denied the charges of a special assault teacher, the CCTV was released for the first time.

Seungri attended the 11th trial held at the General Military Court of the Ground Operations Command in Yongin City, Gyeonggi-do on the morning of the 26th.

According to the military prosecution, Seungri got into a dispute with Mr. A, who opened his room while drinking at a Mopocha bar in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam, Seoul in December 2015. Accordingly, Seungri notified the group chat room including former Yuri Holdings representative Yoo In-seok.

Afterwards, Yoo In-seok called a member of a gang member of a gang he had known, and the member of that gang was known to drag Mr. A down the alley and threaten him.

The military prosecution has released a CCTV that contains the circumstances related to the suspicion of Seungri’s special assault teacher.

The released 1 hour and 20 minute CCTV video captured the attention of Seungri talking with a woman. Later, Jung Joon-young and Choi Jong-hoon appeared.

Through the video, the military prosecution pointed out that Seungri was sending a message to someone, and claimed that the vehicle in the back alley of an external CCTV pub was a gangster’s vehicle.

Regarding this, Seungri’s lawyer explained, “The defendant, who arrived earlier than the group, was talking with the actress, but Mr. A, who had a dispute, glanced at the actress and continued to act rudely.”

At the time, the lawyer argued, “At the time, Seungri sent the actress first, and then moved to another place to have a drink with the party.” .
