On the 18th, a real estate information company Jikbang analyzed 80,5183 apartment sales prices nationwide last year, and it was found that out of 3536 eups, myeons, and dongs nationwide, the average transaction price in Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, was the highest at 2.92.59 million won. This is the result of calculating the average of all house prices traded regardless of the housing area.
In addition to Apgujeong-dong, where the average transaction price exceeds 2 billion won, Banpo-dong (2.626.7 billion won), Yongsan-dong 5-ga (2.23982 million won), Daechi-dong (2.2632 million won), Seobinggo-dong (2.1.8761 billion won), Dogok-dong (21 billion won) 10.59 million won) and Jamwon-dong (2.26.13 million won).
The average transaction price exceeded 2 billion won was only one in Apgujeong-dong in 2017, but it has increased to seven in three years.
The price of specific complexes such as Park Tower in Yongsan-dong 5-ga and Shindong-a in Seobinggo-dong was largely affected, while Daechi-dong and Dogok-dong had high prices for all complexes that had been rebuilt or completed, such as Eunma Apartment and Dogok Rexle.
Where the average sale price exceeded 1 billion won, the number of dongs increased from 34 in 2017 to 113 dongs last year. There were 112 dongs in the metropolitan area, including Seoul (97 dongs), and the only non-capital area included Suseong-dong 3-ga (1.1 billion KRW) in Suseong-gu, Daegu. Last year in Seoul, Seongdong-gu (1,13178 million won), Gwangjin-gu (10,6468 million won), and Mapo-gu (108.9 million won) exceeded 1 billion won for the first time.
Last year, the lowest place in 25 districts in Seoul was Dobong-gu (45,579 million won). Outside of Seoul, which recorded higher transaction prices, Gwacheon-si, Seongnam Bundang-gu, Seongnam Sujeong-gu, Hanam-si, Yongin Suji-gu, Gwangmyeong-si, Seongnam Jungwon-gu, Anyang Dongan-gu, Guri-si, Suwon Yeongtong-gu, Uiwang-si and Daegu Suseong-gu, Jung-gu, Busan Suyeong-gu, Haeundae-gu, etc. There were 15 places.
Last year, the average apartment price by city and province was the highest in Seoul (84,077 million won). Following this, Sejong (434.7 million won), Gyeonggi (389.59 million won), Busan (34.65 million won), Daegu (327.65 million won), and Incheon (36.28 million won) appeared in that order.
