The rate of increase in apartment prices in Songpa-gu (0.1%) doubled the Seoul average, and Seocho (0.09%) and Gangnam-gu (0.08%) also rose 0.03 percentage points from last week.

As the cheonsei crisis intensifies, the demand for jeonse is turning to apartment sales. This is a 34.8% increase compared to the average of the last five years (86,613 cases).
