In Seoul, 2,929 out of the first stage of vaccination for the novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19) received the first vaccination for four days.

In Seoul on the 2nd, 9,160 people in 91 facilities among those who are eligible for stage 1 will be vaccinated.

Of these, 67 nursing hospitals are self-vaccinating. Eight out of 24 nursing homes are vaccinated by a visiting immunization team at a public health center, and in 13 places, subjects go to public health centers to get the vaccine. The remaining three nursing facilities are planning to provide consignment vaccination.

The city is operating an adverse reaction epidemiological investigation team and a rapid response team to respond to emergency situations. A health center ambulance, 119 ambulance, and private ambulance are deployed and linked to public health centers, nursing hospitals, and nursing facilities where vaccination is performed, and an emergency system is operated in cooperation with nearby large hospitals.

The city set a goal of completing vaccinations for about 6.60 million people in three stages by the end of October, before the start of the general flu (influenza) outbreak. This is equivalent to over 70% of Seoul citizens over the age of 18.

The first stage of the first vaccination is administered to 96,000 people in February and March. Among them, about 22,000 people, including 137 nursing hospitals in the city and 277 nursing facilities, hospitalized, residents and workers under the age of 65 are included. In addition, vaccinations for workers in high-risk medical institutions and corona responders are also in progress. All the corona 19 vaccines currently in use in Korea must be hit twice. Phase 1 and 2nd vaccination is scheduled to end in April to May.
