Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol leads Democratic Party Representative Lee Nak-yeon and Gyeonggi Governor Lee Jae-myeong outside the margin of error in the next presidential candidate’s preference survey. He climbed to the sole lead.

According to Real Meter’s request for OhmyNews, a survey of 2041 adult men and women nationwide on the 21st and 24th of the nation’s preferences for the next presidential candidate and announced on the 28th (±2.2% points for 95% confidence level), President Yoon was 23.9%. It rose to the top by renewing the highest. In particular, Yoon beat President Lee and Governor Lee, the leading presidential election runners in the passport, with a difference of 5.7 percentage points, which is outside the margin of error.

This is the first time that Yoon, who was named in the presidential-elect preference survey in June, took the first place in the Real Meter survey.

The preferences for President Yoon were Seoul (4.5% points↑), Daejeon, Sejong, Chungcheong (4.7% points↑), Incheon, Gyeonggi (4.3% points↑), 30s (7.9% points↑), 60s (5.7%) Point↑), etc. All age groups, rewards (3.6% points↑), and moderate (2.4% points↑) showed an upward trend. It also climbed in Jinbo (2.8% point↑) and Gwangju and Jeolla (3.9% point↑). In particular, the people’s support steadily rose from 23.8% in September → 38.8% in October → 44.6% in November → 47.5% in December.

On the other hand, CEO Lee and Governor Lee respectively recorded 18.2%, respectively, ranking in the second place. CEO Lee fell 2.4 percentage points from last month, and Lee Governor fell 1.2 percentage points.

In addition, Hong Joon-pyo, an independent lawmaker, ranked 6th with 6.0%, Ahn Cheol-soo, a representative of the National Assembly Party declaring a run for by-election of Seoul Mayor, 4.0%, and Justice Minister Chu Mi-ae, who had a conflict with Yoon, also ranked 6th. Former Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon and former lawmaker Seung-min Yoo, who are mentioned as the presidential election runners, ranked 7th and 8th with 2.9% and 2.8% respectively.
