Seok-yeol Yoon goes to work even on holidays,

Secretary Chu Mi-ae’s separate position yet… Attorney “Appeal Review”

[앵커]

This time, I will go to the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office where Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol went to work. Reporter Shin Aram is out now.

Did President Seok-Yeol Yoon make any additional positions while attending work?

[기자]

Not today (25th).

When I returned on the 1st, I answered the reporter’s question in front of the government building, but today I got into the underground parking lot by taking a private car.

President Yoon made a text message in 30 minutes after the court conclusion came out yesterday.

“I am deeply grateful for the judgment of the judiciary,” he said and “I will do my best to uphold the constitutional spirit, rule of law, and common sense.”

[앵커]

Did you get a report on what you did when you went to work?

[기자]

President Yun went to work around 12 noon and left around 5 pm.

The Supreme Prosecutors’ Office said that it presided over a’corona 19 related countermeasures meeting’.

We dealt with countermeasures when a group infection occurred in the eastern detention center in Seoul recently.

Deputy Prosecutor Cho Nam-gwan, who served as the president’s agency, attended.

General Yoon instructed the National Prosecutors’ Office to “reduce subpoenas as much as possible and actively utilize online investigations through mobile phones and e-mails.”

President Yoon plans to receive reports of the report when he leaves for work tomorrow afternoon and on January 1 of next year, that is, the adjustment of the investigative power that will take place a week later.

Today, tomorrow is a holiday. Is there any special reason to go to work like this?

[기자]

The Great Swordsman’s explanation is that both the corona situation and the adjustment of the power of investigation are “a task that must be responded urgently.”

General Yoon is expected to receive reports of the major investigations from tomorrow.

Meanwhile, Justice Minister Chu Mi-ae did not make a separate position today.

The lawyer of the Ministry of Justice told our reporters that “we will review the appeal during the holiday season.”
