According to the results announced on the 5th by surveying 500 adults over 18 years of age nationwide at the request of YTN by Real Meter, a public opinion survey company, 48.0% of the respondents said that it was appropriate for President Yun to enter the political world, and that it was inappropriate. 88.4% of Democratic supporters said it was’inappropriate’ and 5.8% said it was’appropriate’. 82.0% of the supporters of the Open Democratic Party said it was’inappropriate’ and 12.2% said it was’appropriate’. On the other hand, 86.8% of the supporters of the people’s strength said it was’appropriate’ and 11.2% said it was’inappropriate’. 59.9% of the supporters of the People’s Party said that it was’appropriate, and 37.8% said it was’inappropriate’. The difference between regions was also large. Daegu and Gyeongbuk (75.0% of’appropriate’ vs. 17.3% of’inappropriate’) showed the highest responses of’appropriate’. Daejeon, Sejong, and Chungcheong (57.0% vs 36.3%) followed by Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam (48.6% vs 47.2%). In Seoul (46.0% vs. 45.2%), opinions were tightly divided.

By age group, the ratio of’appropriate’ was higher in the order of 70 years old or older (‘appropriate’ 57.4% vs’inappropriate’ 31.1%), 60s (53.9% vs 40.6%), and 50s (53.5% vs 42.5%). Those in their 30s (35.6% vs 62.7%) and their 40s (44.0% vs 54.4%) had more of’inappropriate’.

This survey was conducted by randomly making calls through a randomly generated sampling frame in parallel with wireless (80%) and wired (20%) automatic responses, and the response rate (two callbacks to non-received survey targets after determining the sampling frame for the purpose of improving the response rate) was 6.2. %All.
