Card points scattered across multiple card companies can be viewed at once, converted into cash, and deposited into an account.

From 11 am on the 5th, the Financial Services Commission searches all credit card companies’ points with a single credit finance association’s’Card Point Integrated Inquiry/Account Transfer’ app/homepage or KFTC’s’Account Info’ app and transfers/withdrawals to a designated account at once. It said that it has launched a service that can be done.

Previously, in order to cash out card points accumulated on various cards, it was cumbersome, such as installing all the apps of individual card companies and going through the individual authentication process.

From now on, you only need to install one app and go through the verification process once, so you can easily collect the forgotten scrap points.

On the integrated inquiry screen, you can check the information on the remaining amount of each point, the estimated expiration amount, and the expiring month.

Points can also be transferred to a bank account.

Points that can be deposited by account are the representative points for each card company.

As the main points of each card company, it is not limited to a specific affiliated store, but is accumulated by all members, and accounts for most of the card company points.

Lotte’s’L.POINT’, BC’s’TOP Point’, Samsung’s’Bonus Point’, Shinhan’My Shinhan Point’, etc.

In addition, alliance points that can be used for consumption purposes only at certain affiliated stores are not eligible for integrated transfer or withdrawal.

The monetization ratio of card points is 1 won per point.

You can apply for direct deposit from 1 point.

In principle, bank transfer requests are processed immediately, and requests made after 8 pm can be processed on the next business day.

Card companies will participate in eight full-time card companies (Shinhan, Samsung, Hyundai, Lotte, Woori, KB Kookmin, Hana, BC) and three conjunctive card companies (Nonghyup, Citi, and Post Office).

It can only be used by individual members holding a credit or debit card, and not to corporate members.

Along with this, it is easy to check, change, and cancel automatic card transfer such as communication charges.

Through the KFTC’s Account Info app, you can change or cancel the payment method of the automatic card debit with another card at once.

At the moment, only charges for three telecommunication companies (SKT, KT, LG U+) are available, but by the end of this year, it will be applied to electricity bills, school banking, four major insurance, and administrative expenses.

Eight full-time credit card companies and five concurrent card companies (Suhyup, Nonghyup, Gwangju, Jeju, and Jeonbuk Bank) participate in this service.

Corporate members can also view transfer details, but cannot be changed or canceled.

The Financial Services Commission said, “We hope that it will serve as an opportunity to actively exercise the rights to each individual’s property, such as cashing out card points that have been missed and organizing unnecessary automatic payments.”
