Last weekend, a pro baseball player from Hanwha and two high school alumni from two clubs in the metropolitan area were suspicious of school violence.

Disclosures that revealed the real names of the perpetrators, such as’was the leader of group assault’ and’forced behaviors that induce sexual shame’, were posted on the online bulletin board.

However, the players denied that the allegations were not true through the club.

“It is true that the player said that there is no such thing, but the club is checking the facts through various routes, such as school officials, coaching staff, seniors and juniors.”

In particular, Park Sang-ha of Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance, who played men’s volleyball, completely denied gang assault 21 years ago, and declared retirement from active duty three days after exposure.

However, while acknowledging the fact of his school violence, he said that it was not true at all about the 14-hour gang violence raised in the revelation article, and left controversy by predicting future legal action.

“It’s complicated. I admit to anything else, but I don’t admit to hitting me. Even kids who haven’t contacted me for twenty years also texted me. I was sorry for not being able to help me.”

Under the current law, school violence disciplinary records are retained only when expelled from school, and all related records must be deleted two years after graduation when dismissed lower than that.

In the end, it means that the victim has to prove it.

Even if it turns out to be true, it is difficult to hold legal responsibility over time, and if there is no evidence, school violence is exposed.

Victims are still suffering from heartburn today.
