From the 8th of next month, students from London and England, England, will go to school on schedule. As the average number of new confirmed cases per day dropped significantly to 10,000, the British government decided to phase out the third blockade, which had been held since the 6th of last month. The number of primary vaccinations exceeding 17 million is also analyzed as a background for the decontamination.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson said the blockade will be lifted by June 21 in four stages.

The first phase begins with students coming to school, and outdoor sports such as soccer are allowed on the 29th of the following month.

From April 12th, non-essential shops, outdoor pubs, and gyms will open in the second phase.

And from May 17th, there will be three phases of restaurants, indoor pubs, and theaters starting to open.

As the final 4th phase, the nightclub will resume operation on June 21st.

Currently, more than one in four UK citizens has completed the first dose of the vaccine.

Prime Minister Johnson appears to have decided to lift the blockade in anticipation of speeding vaccination rates.

In the meantime, research at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland shows that the risk of hospitalization is reduced by around 90% from 4 weeks after vaccination.

However, there are also voices of concern.

Most elementary schools and kindergartens in Germany also opened in two months on the 22nd local time.

The German government is considering vaccinating teachers first.
