3 million won scholarship to the target team

Schneider Electric Korea announced on the 10th that it has completed the Eco-Structure Demo Challenge. The Eco-Structure Demo Challenge was held by Schneider Electric Korea for university students (won) majoring in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) nationwide. It was designed to recruit ideas for the development and innovation of the energy management and automation field of students.

This competition was held non-face-to-face online to prevent the spread of the Corona 19 virus. Schneider Electric selected the final three teams through the first presentation, starting with online application in March last year. The three selected teams presented novel ideas for △Smart Farm △Agricultural Management System △Energy Building Solution, etc., based on 3 layers of Ecostructure, Schneider Electric’s open integrated architecture platform.

In the final awards ceremony held online, the presentation of the final three teams and the selection and awards of the final winning team were conducted. The grand prize was awarded by students Kim Young-jun (Seoul National University of Science and Technology), Kwon Hyuk-ju, Kim Jang-yeop, Lee Jeong, and Jeong Seo-yoon (Konkuk University), who implemented a demonstration on the theme of the eco-structure smart farm.

The Ecostructure Smart Farm team implemented an idea to improve energy efficiency by collecting and analyzing cloud-based field data on the farm.

The target team will receive a 3 million won scholarship and 500,000 won worth of Schneider Electric Academy online and offline lecture vouchers. The opportunity to review and edit resumes from HR managers is also provided. Each of the two teams that made up the finals will be awarded a scholarship worth 1 million won.
