President Moon Jae-in’s daughter Da-hye is known to have sued the police for defamation of the people’s power Kwak Sang-do, who raised suspicion of preferential treatment for her son. He repeatedly urged them to reveal whether they are self-contained.

On the 18th, Rep. Kwak posted a post on Facebook entitled’I urge again to reveal whether President Moon’s maternal grandson has requested medical treatment at the Seoul National University Children’s Hospital and whether he has been self-quarantine for two weeks after entering Korea.’

He said that Dahye accused him of defamation due to false facts in a timely manner, “It is true that he received medical treatment at Seoul National University Children’s Hospital. Refuted. He said, “I laughed at the claim that it was medical information that I witnessed at the hospital.”

Rep. Kwak said, “Seoul National University Children’s Hospital is a difficult place to make appointments,” he said. “I urge you to clarify whether you made an appointment abroad, who did it, whether it was done after entering the country, and whether you self-quaranted for two weeks after entry.”

Earlier, Clinic Kwak claimed that Moon’s son Seomo-gun visited Seoul National University Children’s Hospital in May of the same year to receive medical treatment through SNS in December of last year, and in the process, he received a report that there were preferential treatments such as requesting treatment and advancing treatment days.

Rep. Kwak said, “After making an appointment with the pediatrics, Seogun also received treatment from other departments such as otolaryngology at the site on the day of treatment,” he said. “To confirm this report, a former aide in the clinic interviewed a hospital official.”

Rep. Kwak mentioned the content at the in-hospital countermeasures meeting on the 16th, claiming that he violated the quarantine guidelines, saying, “You must enter Korea from Thailand to go to the hospital, and if you enter the country, you are required to quarantine for two weeks according to the guidelines.” In addition, when the Western military entered the country, they had a two-week self-isolation period, requesting data from the Blue House to prove that they followed the quarantine guidelines.

According to politics, Da-hye sued the police against lawmaker Kwak, who raised suspicion of his son’s preferential treatment last month, for defamation due to timely false information. In addition, in connection with the disclosure of hospital medical records in Seo-gun, former aide at Kwak’s office and hospital officials also sued for violating the Personal Information Protection Act. Dahye has already attended the police and has even completed the investigation of the complainant.

Mr. Da Hye’s legal representative refuted, saying, “The West has not violated any guidelines related to self-isolation,” and “has no obligation to disclose personal information at the request of Rep. Kwak.”

In addition, he added, “The West has suffered serious damage to the peace of his life due to the unfounded suspicion of Rep. Kwak.”
