Samsung Electronics opened an electronic voting system on the 7th to allow shareholders to exercise their voting rights online ahead of the 52nd regular shareholders’ meeting held at the Suwon Convention Center in Gyeonggi-do on the 17th.

Shareholders can exercise their voting rights on each agenda in advance without attending the shareholders’ meeting through electronic voting from 9 am on the 7th to 5 pm on the 16th.

Samsung Electronics plans to receive prior questions for shareholders who will watch the online broadcast, and shareholders can watch the broadcast on the day of the shareholders’ meeting and ask questions in real time.

Samsung Electronics’ agendas at this general shareholders’ meeting are ▲approval of financial statements, ▲appointment of outside/inside directors, ▲appointment of outside directors to become members of the audit committee, ▲approval of directors’ compensation limit
