Saemaul Geumgo operates’digital task force’… “Enhancing non-face-to-face service”

The Saemaul Bank of Korea announced on the 6th that it will operate a digital task force to strengthen digital finance.

Saemaul Geumgo plans to quickly respond to the changing financial market environment and provide non-face-to-face channel-specific services through operation of a task force.

Saemaul Geumgo signed a contract with an external IT company in December of last year and formed a dedicated support organization. The task force is in charge of ▲UI and UX improvement of non-face-to-face banking channels ▲ development of specialized services for the elderly ▲ expansion of non-face-to-face services ▲ expansion of authentication services ▲ development of new technologies and services.

The task force resides at the central assembly throughout the year and operates in a way that collaborates on the development of banking services.
