A program is constructed so that the robot can move freely between indoors and outdoors and between the floors of a building, and an integrated control system that controls this robot in real time is built.
DiliDrive is the core of the’Last Mile Robot Delivery System’ being built by elegant brothers. In the last mile system, a delivery driver delivers food to Deli Drive at the entrance of an apartment complex, and Deli Drive delivers it to the door of a consumer’s house. The elegant brothers also signed an MOU with HDC Icon Trolls and Hyundai Elevator last year to build the system. This is to secure the technology that the robot passes through the common entrance door of the apartment and rides the elevator alone.
The Graceful Brothers have been piloting the Last Mile System at Gwanggyo Alleyway in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province since July last year. This is the stage just before the last mile, where the robot delivers food only to the entrance of the apartment’s common entrance. In the first half of this year, a robot will move from the entrance to the common entrance and go up in an elevator to deliver food to the customer’s door.
