The business time limit for multi-use facilities in the metropolitan area, including entertainment facilities nationwide, will be extended by one hour from the current 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm from the 15th. Concerned about the spread of the tax, the “prohibition of groups of more than five people” was decided to remain as it is, but the immediate family does not apply this measure even if they are not living together.

The Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters (Middle Script) confirmed the’social distance adjustment plan’ on this day and lowered the national distance distance stage. According to this policy, the operating time limit of about 480,000 places such as academies, reading rooms, movie theaters, and PC cafes in the metropolitan area, and about 520,000 places such as restaurants, cafes, and indoor sports facilities in the non-metropolitan area will be completely lifted.

In addition, the government decided to extend the operating time limit of about 430,000 places such as restaurants and cafes, indoor sports facilities, singing practice centers, door-to-door sales, indoor standing performance halls, and party rooms in the metropolitan area by one hour from 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Due to the downward adjustment of the distance-taking stage, events such as weddings and funerals in the metropolitan area should be kept under 100 people. In the case of movie theaters and performance halls, in the second stage, one seat can be raised or one seat other than the companion can be operated. In the case of sports viewing, only 10% of the garden is allowed to enter and view. The operation of bathing facilities in the metropolitan area was allowed, but the ban on the operation of sauna and steam facilities was to be maintained.

As the non-metropolitan area is adjusted to 1.5 steps, the operating hours restrictions are lifted for multi-use facilities (approximately 520,000 places) such as restaurants, cafes, singing practice rooms, indoor standing performance halls, indoor sports facilities, and party rooms. However, the operation of the door-to-door sales promotion hall is prohibited after 22:00.

In principle, events such as weddings and funerals in non-metropolitan areas can be held with fewer than 500 people, and events of this size or larger must be discussed and reported with local governments.

In the case of movie theaters and performance halls, in step 1.5, it is possible to operate by opening one seat other than the companion. In the case of sports watching, only 30% of the garden is allowed to enter and view.

In both the metropolitan and non-metropolitan areas, sports facilities, such as indoor and outdoor private futsal fields, soccer fields, and baseball fields, where facility managers are located, were allowed to hold games on the condition that they comply with the quarantine rules.

In addition, aside from the step of distancing, some measures that were reinforced during the year-end and New Year’s special quarantine measures were also adjusted. The government decided to lift the measure that only allowed reservations within two-thirds of the number of rooms in accommodation. However, the prohibition of exceeding the number of rooms in accommodation facilities such as meetings and parties is maintained. The measure to sell only window seats for railroad tickets is also lifted.

The script said, “This adjustment of distance is an attempt to recover daily life while maintaining the effectiveness of quarantine, taking into account the difficulties of the economy and the fatigue of the people due to the prolonged distance.” Because the risk of the quarantine has not been lowered, please follow the quarantine rules more thoroughly.”
