Seven Republican senators who voted for the impeachment vote of former US President Donald Trump are being beaten by public opinion in their districts.

They came from Senators Richard Burr (North Carolina), Bill Cassidy (Louisiana), Susan Collins (Maine), Lisa Murkauski (Alaska), Mitt Romney (Utah), Ben Sas (Nebraska), and Pat Tumi (Pennsylvania). It is facing a political crisis, including being accused of being a’traitor’ by Republican supporters of the Republic of Korea.

According to the New York Times (NYT) on the 14th (local time), the Louisiana Republican Executive Committee unanimously passed a distrust of Senator Cassidy as soon as the impeachment proposal was rejected by the Senate.

Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry of Republican Party said, “Cassidy was caught in a trap set by the Democrats to get Republicans to attack Republicans.”

In the Nebraska Republican Party, the passing of a resolution of no confidence against Senator Sas is becoming a prerequisite. However, party officials said that the state committee meeting, which was held this week, was postponed to the end of this month due to bad weather such as subzero weather and murderous winds.

According to NYT, of the seven people who voted for impeachment this time, Senator Murkauski is the only person eligible for the midterm election next year. Currently, the Senate, divided by 50 Democrats and Republicans, holds elections every two years for a third of the total capacity.

Senator Burr and Sen. Tumi have already declared that they will not run for the 2020 midterm elections. As the people who will leave the political world at the end of this term, they have a relatively wide range of luck, but the aftermath in the district is not easy.

Republican Chairman Lawrence Tabas, Pennsylvania State Party, declared the impeachment trial as’unconstitutional stealing time and energy that is of no use to the American people, including national unity,’ and said, “I am our many grassroots leaders in response to Pat Tumi’s vote. And shared disappointment with the volunteers.”

In addition, North Carolina Republican Chairman Michael Wattley criticized Burr’s vote in favor of impeachment as shocking and disappointing, and Congressman Dan Bishop of the region joined him, expressing distrust of him.

In particular, as Congressman Burr’s’confidence vote’ stimulated Trump’s supporters in the Republican Party, Trump’s daughter-in-law, the second son Eric Trump’s wife, Lara Trump, is rapidly gaining strength in the scenario of running as a senator in this district, which will become’Muju Communist’ All.

Earlier, former President Trump said, “Our historic, patriotic and beautiful movement to make America great again has just begun,” in a statement announced immediately after the Senate’s rejection of the impeachment bill on the 13th. We look forward to continuing together,” he declared.
