At the same time, “We will look into the current situation and problems of the current private equity system in Korea, and strengthen the financial consumer protection system so that similar financial accidents do not recur, so that private equity funds are not neglected from the market.” In the process of resolving the side effects of this, private equity funds, which provide sound risk capital, protect financial consumers from diminishing their net function, restore trust, and discuss the bill with insights so that private equity funds can contribute to the innovative growth of the Korean economy.
