On the 13th, Gyeongnam Province held a briefing on Corona 19 response and announced that 23 new confirmed patients had been added after 5 pm the previous day. All are confirmed local infections, and the route of infection is not clear for 3 of them. By region, there are 10 Changwon, 5 Jinju, 3 Gimhae, 2 each in Hamyang and Haman, and 1 in Yangsan. In particular, four visitors were newly infected at the Jinju International Prayer Center, where a large number of confirmed cases have been recently emerging. As a result of the test of 153 subjects, 61 people were tested positive, including those added on that day. Of the 77 people who visited the prayer center for religious activities, 54 were confirmed, and the related positive rate reached 73%.
In Changwon, five people were added to the church. One is a visitor to the church, and four are contacts. The cumulative number of confirmed cases related to the Changwon Church increased to 15. One person who visited the BTJ World Center in Sangju, Gyeongbuk was also confirmed. There were 12 cumulative confirmed cases related to the BTJ World Center. There were 153 people involved in the BTJ World Center in Tokyo, and 88 people have been tested. The quarantine authorities cooperate with the police to determine the location of the uninspected and encourage the inspection. In addition, one nursing home worker was confirmed in Haman. The quarantine authorities are conducting corona tests for workers and users of the nursing home. One person was confirmed in connection with the Busan insurance office, and the cumulative number of confirmed cases increased to 19.
The cumulative confirmed cases in the province were 1656 (300 hospitalized, 1,351 discharged, and 5 deaths).
