Region Online, officially launched on March 9th:: Bodnara

Ubisoft Entertainment announced that its open world TPS game Watch Dogs: Legion online will be officially launched on March 9. Watchdog: Region Online, a new game mode in Watchdog: Region, can be enjoyed by game owners after free updates on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation4, PlayStation5, and more.

In Watchdog: Region Online, players can team up with up to four friends to explore the city of London freely or perform a variety of missions and subquests. New co-op operations also leverage gameplay mechanics to create the best team of two or four players and fight against powerful threats from enemies in London’s most iconic landmarks.

Watchdog: Region Online also offers a new game content, Leader of the Pack. Leader of the Pack is an end-game content in which 4 players perform 5 interconnected missions together, and it is expected to provide a more immersive game experience by requiring high-level teamwork and cooperation.

Watchdog: Region Online also features Spiderbot Arena, the first PvP mode. In this game mode, four players take control of an armed spider robot and fight each other for their lives. In Watchdog: Region Online, players earn experience points for certain activities, which can be collected to unlock exclusive skins, influence points, and other rewards, recruit new agents, or upgrade their DedSec gadgets.

Meanwhile, Watchdog: Region Season Pass holders will also be able to enjoy two new single-player content, including Guardian Protocol and Not in Our Name, which are released alongside the online game mode. They will be able to meet various additional contents and new agents sequentially released in the second half of this year. Watchdog: The Regional Season Pass is available for purchase in three editions: Gold, Ultimate, and Collector.

Watchdog: The Region deals with the Resistance’s mission to build insurgents and confront the regime in London, England, where corrupt opportunists seize power, monitor and oppress citizens. Players must recruit various citizens living in the city as resistance forces, utilize the technology loaded in the city, infiltrate the enemy camp through hacking and infiltrate, and free London.

Players can play any of the citizens living in the city of London, the setting of the game, and are free to recruit them into the resistance and hire them as team members. All citizens in the game each have their own personality, profession, and skillset based on the background they have lived in, so they can play very diverse games according to the combination of resistance groups organized by the player.
