As Chairman Shin is the second younger brother of the late Lotte Group’s founder Shin Gyeok-ho, the honorary chairman of the Lotte Group, Bum-Lotte Family’s condolences are expected to continue. Chairman Shin Joon-ho, President Shin’s younger brother, Purmil, visited the ghetto on the afternoon of the previous day. Chairman Shin’s brothers include Shin Shin-ho, president of Sansas Food in Japan, Shin Jeong-hee, vice chairman of Dongwha Duty Free, Shin Jeong-sook, Shin Shin-ae, and Shin Kyung-sook.

In particular, the harmony sent by Lotte Group Chairman Shin Dong-bin, the son of Honorary Chairman Shin Gyu-ho, who passed away last year, attracted attention next to Chairman Shin’s photo. As the second generation management of Nongshim and Lotte Group began in earnest, it was interpreted as a signal to fill the goal of the conflict, drawing attention from the business community.

Chairman Shin ran the domestic Lotte business on behalf of Chairman Gyeok-ho Shin, who was active in Japan in the early 1960s. However, after President Shin became independent due to a conflict over the promotion of the ramen business, the brothers had no official exchange. The two died at intervals of about a year. In January of last year, Chairman Shin Chun-ho did not visit Chairman Shin Gyeok-ho’s vacancy, and vice chairman Shin Dong-won guarded the vacancy.

It is known that Chairman Dongbin Shin and Chairman Dongjoo Shin are currently in Japan. Therefore, it seems unlikely that the two will find the murmur directly. This is because even after returning home, taking into account the period of self-isolation, participation in the funeral schedule is virtually impossible. A Lotte Group official said, “There is no set schedule for condolences yet.”
