During a secret camp training at a closed branch school in Ganghwa, half of the officials were diagnosed with a new coronavirus infection (Corona 19), and the rest were confirmed as another camping facility for’water purifier door-to-door sellers’ who fled. .

The confirmed cases were identified as trainees belonging to a water purifier door-to-door sales company located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul.

As a result of the investigation, the selective branch school in Ganghwa-gun, where the confirmed patients lived, was a facility that was closed in 2001, and was used by officials of the’Hanbit Health Training Center’, which was rented from the Ganghwa-gun Education Support Office in 2002. They were found to have been collectively infected after ten years of unauthorized occupation even after the lease contract expired in 2011. The affiliation of the confirmed patients was confirmed as a door-to-door sales company in Gwanak-gu, and it was investigated that they had received education while sleeping and eating at the closed school.

In addition to this facility, it was investigated that they lived together in a commercial building located about 200m away, including educational activities.

Local residents insisted that the facility officials were members of a pseudo-religious group who lived through door-to-door sales activities. They also claimed that they were the religious group to which CEO Huh Gyeong-yeong belonged, and suggested that they join.

At 2 pm on the 27th, four confirmed patients belonging to a door-to-door sales company remaining at a branch school in Gilsang-myeon, Ganghwa-gun, Incheon, are being transported to the hospital under the guidance of the quarantine authorities.

The military and other quarantine authorities found that a total of 58 people lived in this facility.

The confirmed cases were initially confirmed on the 25th in Gwanak-gu, Seoul, and after it was later confirmed that the two lived in an empty school in Ganghwa-gun, they were examined and confirmed.

The military and other quarantine authorities tried to inspect personnel at the facility after receiving the news from the Gwanak-gu public health center, but some of them fled and were unable to perform the inspection. The remaining 26 people were all confirmed. Afterwards, two arrested and one additional arrested among the escaped personnel were also confirmed.

The military and other quarantine authorities first accused the police of six confirmed cases who did not cooperate with the quarantine authorities.
