According to the investment prospectus submitted by Coupang to the SEC on the 9th, the proposed public offering price per share is between 32 and 34 dollars. This is a 4-5 dollar increase from the previous 27-30 dollars. Coupang plans to offer a total of 120 million shares.

Coupang can raise up to $4,800 million (about 4.64 trillion won) based on the top of the bid price of $34.
