At the time, the court sentenced him to a suspended sentence, saying, “I have faith that I will not repeat the wrongdoing when I see the defendant’s personal circumstances and attitudes,” and it did not impose an order to restrict employment or to notify the disclosure of personal information.
The prosecution appealed that the sentence was too light, but the appellate court did not accept that the court of appeals said, “Considering that the defendant is confessing and reflecting on the crime, and the victim agrees and does not want the defendant to be punished, the sentence of the lower court appears to be justified.” Did.
The notice of disclosure of personal information and the request for an order to restrict employment were also dismissed, saying, “It does not appear to be wrong in the centrifugal judgment.”
