President Moon said at a commemorative address in commemorating the March 1st of the 102nd anniversary held at Tapgol Park in Jongno-gu, Seoul that morning, “It will be a force to open the waters of win-win and peace in the Korean Peninsula and East Asia.”

The’Northeast Asia Quarantine and Health Cooperation Organization’ was proposed by President Moon in a keynote speech at the UN General Assembly in 19th last year. President Moon said, “Last December, we launched the’Northeast Asia Quarantine and Health Cooperation Body’ with the United States, China, Russia, and Mongolia,” and “Japan is also considering participation, and we look forward to North Korea as well.” Said.

President Moon said, “We will continue to strive for denuclearization and lasting peace on the Korean Peninsula. We will continue to develop inter-Korean relations based on the three principles of non-warfare, mutual security, and common prosperity.”
