President Moon Jae-in attended a memorial ceremony for the 4·3 victims of the 73rd anniversary on the 3rd and said, “Please accept the sincere apology of the military and the police from the victims, their families, and the people of Jeju Island with a heart of inclusion and harmony.”

President Moon attended a memorial ceremony held at the 4·3 Peace Education Center in Jeju 4·3 Peace Park on that day and said, “The state is willing to reflect on and reflect on the history of national violence more deeply.”
