Noh Tae-moon, head of Samsung Electronics’ wireless business division (president, photo), explained the future of the Galaxy brand through the Samsung Electronics newsroom on the 17th.

On the same day, Samsung Electronics posted a post in its newsroom in which executives from Samsung Electronics responded to customer questions about the first half mobile new product’Galaxy S21′ and the future Samsung Electronics is drawing. Regarding the Galaxy S21 series, President Roh explained, “It has a new design, professional camera and video, and powerful performance,” and “provides a variety of options.” Vice President Chaumet said, “(Galaxy S21 series)’Galaxy S21 Ultra’ is the ultimate premium smartphone”.
It also expressed a willingness to expand products to which the’S Pen’ was applied. The Galaxy S21 Ultra is the first product in the Galaxy S series to apply the S Pen. President Roh said, “We will expand the S Pen experience in various categories in the future.” In the future, it suggested the possibility of installing the S Pen in other product lines such as the’Galaxy Fold’, a foldable (folding) smartphone.
He also emphasized the realization of ESG (environmental, social, and governance) values through’removal’. Samsung Electronics does not provide bundled earphones and chargers that were previously put in the Galaxy S21 series.
