The official Twitter account of Joe Biden, who took office as the 46th president of the United States, has opened.

After his inauguration, President Biden posted his first tweet on the president’s official Twitter account,’@POTUS’ (President Of The United States), at 12:36 PM EST.

“There is no time to waste to deal with the crisis we face,” wrote President Biden. “That is why today I am heading to the presidential office to initiate bold actions and immediate relief efforts for American families.”

Soon after, he posted a video that included his activities and various American appearances along with the article “It is time to move forward”.

Supporters commented on President Biden’s tweet, “The US has already begun to heal,” “The American nightmare is finally over,” and “I feel hope and optimism for the US again in four years.”

As soon as President Biden took office, President Biden announced that he would issue an administrative order that overturns the policies of former President Donald Trump, such as rejoining the Paris Climate Change Convention, halting the WHO withdrawal procedure, and lifting certain restrictions on entry to Islam.

Before the inauguration ceremony, President Biden also posted the last tweet on his personal Twitter account, saying, “I love you,” and saying, “Thank you for making the journey forward.”

Twitter transferred all official government-related accounts such as the White House (@WhiteHouse), the President (@POTUS), the Vice President (@VP), and the First Lady (@FLOTUS) to newcomers in line with President Biden’s inauguration. However, President Biden did not succeed as a follower of President Donald Trump’s official account.

Vice President Kamala Harris, who took office with President Biden, also posted a simple tweet saying, “I am ready to serve as vice president.”

Meanwhile, the account used by the former Donald Trump administration is transferred to the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).

However, President Trump accused the US media of reporting unfairly, and has unfolded’Twitter politics’ by notifying the president’s official account of his own name, rather than through his own personal account, informing of major policies or positions.

However, on the 6th, Twitter suspended President Trump’s account for inciting the congressional riots of Trump supporters.
