Political Affairs Committee Working Party Administration… LTV preferential ratio application expansion prominence review

DSR expansion plan is also promoted… Official announcement at the end of this month and early next month

On the 20th, the party government began debating on easing the mortgage loan ratio (LTV) and total debt principal repayment ratio (DSR).

Specifically, a plan to expand application of preferential LTV of 10% point for homeless householders is being actively considered.

In addition, the Democratic Party and the government held a closed party-political consultation at the National Assembly on that day and discussed ways to increase the real LTV by expanding the range of preferential LTV treatment.

Rep. Kim Byeong-wook, a secretary of the ruling party of the National Assembly’s Political Affairs Committee, met with reporters on this day and said, “The LTV preferential rate is currently applied at 10% (points), but it is likely to be widened (realization).” I am going to do it,” he said.

Currently, in the case of speculation and speculation overheated districts of 900 million won or less, 40% of the housing price is applied, and 50% of the adjusted area is applied to LTV.

The preferential LTV of 10% points is applied to homeless households.

Rep. Kim said, “There is a high possibility of expanding the preferential LTV target.

“There is a high likelihood that the exclusion clause will work more universally.”

Rep. Kim, however, was confused about the possibility of raising the LTV ratio itself, saying, “It’s not easy.”

At the same time, the party government plans to pursue measures to expand DSR in consideration of borrowers’ repayment capabilities in consultation with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

Rep. Kim said, “The Financial Services Commission also expressed its intention to prospectively review LTV upgrade and DSR expansion,” he said. “Specifically, it is likely to be officially announced at the end of this month or early next month in consultation with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and the Party’s Policy Committee.”

The meeting was attended by Eun Seong-soo, chairman of the Finance Committee, and Gu Yoon-cheol, head of the State Affairs Coordination Office.
