On the 29th, Pohang City, Gyeongbuk, formed the Corona 19 Vaccination Promotion Team.

The vaccination promotion team started preparing for the operation of 90 consigned hospitals and freezers below -70 degrees Celsius that can store Pfizer vaccines.

The cost of installing a cryogenic freezer at the vaccination center to store the vaccine is fully funded by the government.

An official from Pohang City said, “The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that cities with a population of 500,000 or more operate two or more vaccination centers, and are already preparing through simulations.”
